Fantastic B&B with stunning grounds. The hosts were friendly and fun, even playing badminton in the rain with our son. The trampoline, tree house, and pool table kept the children entertained. We enjoyed sitting by the river and watching the wildlife. Fresh eggs from the friendly chickens were served at breakfast. a highly recommended place to stay.

Had new-fashioned and contemporary room with a proper balcony overlooking the gardens which must be great, a log burning stove, for instance for a such wonderful stay. Location: the hotel was very close to the outskirts of Launceston with a large guesthouse set in beautiful grounds, such a wonderful establishment, and the more commercial areas.

I had the most incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with immaculately maintained grounds right next to the River Tamar. It was perfect for evening picnics, enjoying the peacefulness while overlooking the river. The large garden/park was filled with beautiful trees, bluebells, and flowering wild garlic, creating a truly picturesque setting. I loved exploring the lovely pond and watching the interesting birds, from peacocks to guinea fowls, pheasants, and roaming chickens. It felt like a tranquil oasis in the midst of nature.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This guest house is perfectly situated near all the sights. With a location uncomfortably close to the Tamar River, the stunning views from the rooms are unforgettable. the rooms and bathrooms are beautifully appointed and everything is spotlessly clean. the hosts are attentive and welcoming, and the breakfast is mouth-watering, featuring locally sourced organic produce. A peaceful, luxurious stay with charming facilities is guaranteed.
The property’s gardens may be too large to explore fully, especially during poor weather.
